At Fatboy Mini BMX, we want to ensure you are stoked on your new ride. If your mini BMX isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the mini BMX and all components in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original tags and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
